Very Simple!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Spinach
3/4 Cup Fresh Parsley
1 Cup Pineapple Juice (sub. cranberry, grapefruit- no fruit juice)
1/2 Cup Flax seed(sub. flax seed oil)
1/2 Cup Bran
Ice cubes
Serves: 1
In a blender, grind the flax seed until it turns to powder. Add bran and blend. Add pineapple juice, spinach, and parsley. Blend until it is as smooth as you can possibly get it. Add ice cubes, blend. Enjoy!
